3. Storage
The products shall be stored in a suitable place where no chlorine, sulfur, salt, acid, alkali, etc exist in the air to maintain the solderability of terminal electrodes, temperature and humidity conditions: 5~ 30℃ and 10~70% RH .and the products are recommended to be used within 6 months from the time of delivery.
4.Transportation
(1) Products shall be handled with care to avoid damage or contamination from perspiration and skin oils.Don’t touch electrodes directly with bare hands.
(2) The use of tweezers or vacuum pick up is strongly recommended for individual components.
(3) Bulk handling shall ensure that abrasion and mechanical shock are minimized.
5. Don't bend the terminals for excessive stress may make the wire broken.
6.The preheating temperature shall be set so that the temperature difference between temperature of solder and that of component body does not exceed 150°C.
7.Soldering correction after mounting shall be within the range of the conditions described in the specifications,overheat may causes short, performance deterioration, or life span shortening, etc.
8.When a printed circuit board where a chip is mounted to a set is embedded, be sure that residual stress is not given to the chip due to the overall distortion of the printed circuit board and partial distortion such as at screw
tightening portions.
9.The tolerance shall be sufficient for the thermal design for self heating of the components may cause damage when Power is turned ON
10.The layout of a magnetic-unshielded components in PCB shall be carefully designed for a malfunction may occur due to magnetic interference
11.Use a wrist band to discharge static electricity in your body through the grounding, Don’t expose the components to magnets or magnetic fields
12.Don’t use for a purpose outside of the contents regulated in the delivery specifications.
13.Refrain from rinsing coils. If necessary, please consult with us..
14.The components are not recommended to mount near the edge of the PCB.
15.SMD components are designed for automatic mounting and reflow soldering. Please be careful if soldered by hand.
16.Don't touch any exposed winding part and avoid coming into contact with the guide of electrode in automatic mounting.
17.Component specifications ensure quality of itself only, please evaluate component thoroughly in your application circuits.
